"THE EIGHTH"

The Eighth is a series of 8 different exercises conducted in three total round. 1 min per workout station when rotate is announded move on to the next station time will not stop to reset. Time will be continuous one round total of 8 minutes.
Two men buddy team per station.
one minute rest after first and second rounds.
